- I am a practising Textile Designer. Mainly interested in print design, and surfaces. I like to work from a primary source, such as an image I have captured, I re-work the image into a print design. I then print the design onto a fabric or asthetic that I feel works, i can then re-work the image if I feel it needs it. I like the idea of a process and a stage element to my work. I have become more concerned about placement and visual implications throughout my studying at University. I have learned the value of time and consistency. I enjoy working on small pieces and large alike. I have a great interest in tonal values, this runs from my work to my clothing and my home.
